Extension of Time claims
Walls not up, hoist down, trade before you not finished. Breno catches every hold-up from the chat and drafts the notice before the time bar closes.

Everything that moves money on site.
Variation notices
Every "SM wants you to…" moment, captured and drafted into a variation in your contract's words — in the PM's queue the same morning.
Delay evidence
Lost time by cause — builder, weather, other trades. Logged with headcount and photos, ready to defend an EOT or protect you from LDs.
Back-charge defence
When the builder tries to pin damage, delay or clean-up on you, the proof is already in the chat. Answered the day it lands.

A few things worth knowing
Good questions. Straight answers.
How do my crew start using it?
Invite the crew into Breno. It feels like the chat they already use, with phone-number login and no email address needed. Messages, photos and voice notes stay together on the job.
Does it replace our existing project software?
Breno captures the site record and prepares the paperwork. Your PM reviews it and sends it through the channel your contract requires, alongside the tools you already use.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Your PM stays in control. Every draft can be checked, edited or dismissed. Nothing goes to the builder without human sign-off.
Do you charge for every crew member?
No. Pricing is based on projects, with unlimited crew chat on every plan. Give the whole crew access, from the apprentice to the foreman.
You did the work. Keep the margin.
Your crew already said it.
Let’s get it on paper.
