A project is one active contract or site. Multiple sites under the same head contract count as one project.
Do you charge for the crew?
No. Phone-number login and unlimited chat are included on every plan. Pricing is based on the project, not the people on it.
Can I reopen a closed project?
Yes. Access to closed project records is free. Your job file stays available after handover.
Is there an annual lock-in?
Plans are month-to-month. You can change plans or cancel, and export your job records.
